콩쥐 이야기
옛날에 콩쥐라는 마음씨 고운 여자아이가 있었어요.
콩쥐는 일찍 엄마를 여의고 아버지와
서로 의지하며 행복하게 살고 있었어요.

시간이 흘러 아버지는 새어머니와 결혼을 했고
그렇게 콩쥐에게는 새어머니와 팥쥐라는
의붓여동생이 생겼어요.
“자, 다들 사이좋게 지내야 한다.

콩쥐는 새어머니 말씀 잘 듣고~”
“네 아버지~”
새어머니와 팥쥐는 아버지가 일하러 나가시고
집에 없는 동안에 콩쥐를 엄청나게 괴롭혔어요.

모든 집안일은 다 콩쥐의 몫이었지요.
“야! 콩쥐! 뭐해~? 빨리 설거지해!!”
“네.. 어머니..”
“콩쥐 언니!! 내 방이 너무 더럽잖아! 빨리 청소해!”

새어머니 몰래 마을 뒷산으로 향했어요.

종달새를 따라간 그곳은 한 연못이었어요.
그곳엔 반짝이는 반딧불이들이 많아

환하게 빛이 나고 있었어요.
“고마워 종달새야..” 고마움도 잠시..
콩쥐는 또다시 서러움에 엉엉 울기 시작했어요.
“흑.. 아버지가 내 상황을 아시면 정말 속상해하실 거야..

콩쥐가 엉엉 울어 눈물이 연못에 톡! 하고 떨어진 그 순간
